Honing works are mostly done after damage, or after welding.  
With this process, hydraulic cylinders are being restored / honed so they can be used again properly. It's an editing process to preserve the oil and fuel, which provides the lubrication and cooling. 
We use SUNNEN material to execute this process on our horizontal honing machine, on which we can handle cylinders with a diameter from 6 - 500 mm, and a total length of 4000 mm.
